April Beauty Favourites
Hey everyone!
I hope you're all doing well and staying safe in these scary times. So, I've decided on my first post, I would share with you all the things I have been loving this month!
1. Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base: After lots and lots of hype over this product, I decided to give it a try myself as I tend to find it quite hard to find a decent moisturiser with my quite dry, eczema-prone skin. I find that moisturisers either overcompensate and make me quite oily, or undercompensate and I am left with my skin feeling dry and thirsty. I have been using this product now for 3 months in total and oh my god this stuff is good,! It's especially good for the colder months of the year as rich shea butter formula leaves my skin feeling rejuvenated, but with no oily feeling in sight! It is high in vitamin B, C and E, which are great for dry skin and repairing skin as they assist with the cellular restoration as well as helping reduce redness, yellowing and improving skin texture. It is also a great primer for your makeup as it softens and smooths out the skin, which makes applying your foundation easy and flawless looking.
Oh, and we can't forget that it smells amazingly fresh, is paraben-free, and also suitable for vegans!

2. Nars Sheer Glow Foundation: I decided to give this oldie but goodie a try after using their Natural Radiant Longwear Foundation and finding it a bit too full coverage for what I wanted. So far I really like it, it's classed as a full coverage foundation, but I find it more of a medium coverage that is buildable. I love the glowy, dewy look that it gives to the skin and it really lasts all day on me. I am more of a powder contour person, and I find that powders sit well on top of this foundation. However, I wouldn't recommend if you have a more normal skin type as it is quite a moisture-rich foundation, but it would suit an oily skin type as it would balance out the oils on the skin.

3. P-Louise Eyeshadow base: For all, you eyeshadow lovers this product is a GAME CHANGER. It is highly pigmented and creates such an even, 'blank Canva' looking base for your eyeshadow to go on top of. Eyeshadows colours really pop on top of this base and they blend so easily too. I would really recommend it to you guys that love eyeshadow, as you can create so many crazy cut creases or bold eyeshadow designs with it. Its also really nice to use if you are an eyeshadow beginner, as it helps you to create an effortless blend.

4. Anastasia Beverly Hills Norvina Eyeshadow Palette: I have been really loving lilac and rich bronze shadows recently, and this is definitely the palette for that. It has so many lovely metallic shimmers in there as well as lots of creamy brown transition shades to compliment. The palette is really pigmented and is surprisingly diverse. I took this one away with me on a small break to Amsterdam, and I found it so easy to create lovely every day looks as well as full colourful, shimmery glam too.
